How to Check the Status of Your Submitted Ticket

Once you’ve submitted a ticket using the One Indinero Support Form, you might want to follow up on its progress. This guide will walk you through how to view the status, owner, and latest updates of your support ticket.

Where to View Your Ticket

Visit the My Tickets Portal here:
View My Tickets

You’ll need to be logged in with your company email to see your submitted tickets.


Step-by-Step: How to View Your Ticket Status

1. Go to the Ticket Portal

Click the link above or access it from your company intranet or internal tools menu.

2. Log In (If Prompted)

Use your company email address to log in. This ensures your submitted tickets are correctly linked to your profile.


3. Review the Ticket List

Once inside the portal, you’ll see a list of all tickets you’ve submitted. Each entry will show:

  • ID Noumber 

  • Subject

  • Created Date

  • Last Activity
  • Ticket Status 


4. Click on a Ticket to View Details

Click on any ticket to open the full conversation thread. Here, you can:

  • Read the latest updates from the support team

  • View comments, attachments, or status changes

  • Reply directly with additional information or questions


5. Check the Ticket Status Key

Here’s what the statuses generally mean:

Status Description
New Your ticket has been received and is waiting to be picked up.
Working On It A support team member is actively working on your request.
Waiting On Contact The team is waiting for your input or response.
Waiting On QA The team is waiting for your confirmation on testing
Closed The issue has been resolved and the ticket is complete.
 

🔄 How to Reply or Add Updates to Your Ticket

If you have follow-up info:

  1. Open the ticket from the portal.

  2. Scroll to the reply section.

  3. Type your message or upload files/screenshots.

  4. Click Send — your response will be added to the ticket thread and notify the ticket owner.
